Laurence G. Pathy is the Chairman of Fednav Limited. He served as President and CEO of the company from 1972 to 2010.
Mr. Pathy has represented the company and the industry as a founding co-chair of the Green Marine Program, a voluntary environmental certification program for the North American marine industry.
He was awarded a Medal of Merit by the Association of Canadian Port Authorities in 2007 for his outstanding contribution to the Canadian shipping industry.

The company owns approximately 120 vessels, trading worldwide.
